Cancellation Policy:

Reyn Studios has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class time to avoid being charged. This applies to all packages including the monthly unlimited package. Monthly unlimited clients may be charged the cost of a single class. Clients using packages will have a class deducted from their package

Late Policy:

• As a courtesy to the instructor and other clients, we ask that you (preferably) arrive 10-15 minutes early or on time to class. If you are late to class, it is Reyn Studios policy that your spot can be given away.

• A 5 minute grace period for hour long classes

• A 10 minutes grace period for 75 minute classes

• If you arrive past the grace period you will not be able to participate in class.
