Co-Counseling
the co-counseling journey
After attending ATTAWA for a number of sessions we will organically find a fellow to share. The process of co-counseling is about honing our skills of communication, listening, non-judgement, vulnerability and accountability.
This level of companionship is the anecdote to the lives many of us have lived feeling isolated and alone. When we learn to check in regularly with ourselves and another person, we learn to share our raw, authentic self in synchronicity and simultaneously learning to hold another being in their entirety, learning acceptance for self and for others.
